For the eighth consecutive year, Kaiser Permanente has been given the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in California, according to the J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Member Health Plan Study. Kaiser Permanente outperformed six other health plans in California.
The Fresno/Madera Ombudsman’s office, under the direction of The Valley Caregiver Resource Center, is pleased to announce that the Ombudsman’s office is accepting applications for volunteer ombudsmen who are advocates for residents of Long Term Care facilities (Skilled Nursing Homes) and Licensed Board and Care Homes. They work to resolve resident issues, which may include quality of care, finances and abuse. The services are both free and confidential.
