The Clovis Chamber of Commerce kicks off Rodeo Month with the annual Big Hat Days event, Presented by Table Mountain Casino Resort, happening April 11-12, 2026, in Clovis, CA! Plans are already underway to bring you another fun, safe, and exciting event filled with great shopping, delicious food, and unforgettable entertainment.

Central California’s Largest Two-Day Festival 
Each year, thousands of visitors fill the streets of Old Town Clovis to explore hundreds of craft, food, and business booths, making Big Hat Days a true community tradition.

For more that 87 years, this event has been a celebration of our western heritage and small-town charm, and we are proud to continue this legacy in 2026.

Vendor Registration coming January 2026

Registration is now open for ClovisFest, September 27-28, 2025. Visit our ClovisFest page for more information.

Vendor pricing is determined by category, booth location and booth size. All vendors are required to follow the Policy and Guidelines which are included in the application. All vendors are required provide their own canopy, table and table cloth. Vendors are required to carry general liability insurance with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2000,000 aggregate. Liability insurance must name The Clovis Chamber of Commerce and The City of Clovis as additionally insured. If you are a new vendor and would first like to request an approval before purchasing insurance please email [email protected]. If you do not have general liability insurance and would like to purchase insurance please visit ACT insurance.

Celebrating 87 years of community support!

It takes a village to run Big Hat Days and ClovisFest events, and every year hundreds of dedicated, engaged, community-minded and fun volunteers step up to make the three-day event happen!

Volunteers enjoy the satisfaction of being part of a community that makes this world-class event a reality in their own backyard. Friendships are often developed that last well beyond the Festival and many times volunteers participate as families, friends, or work/school-related groups. Working at the Festival gives participants an exclusive, behind-the-scenes appreciation of the artists and art that make the Festival so enticing and fun! Join us and sign up below today!

Pets

According to the city of Clovis ordinance, pets are NOT allowed at Old Town events. This includes those carried or pushed in a cart. Please respect your fellow visitors and leave Fido at home. There are many children in strollers who are at your pet’s eye and mouth level. Thank you.

Directions

BIG Hat Days is located on Pollasky Ave, one block west of Clovis Avenue, in Old Town Clovis between Third and Ninth Streets:

Coming from Highway 99 going north:
Take the Clovis Avenue exit (south of Fresno) to the right and travel about 12 miles to Old Town Clovis. When you pass Shaw Avenue, you’re almost there
Coming from Highway 99 going south:
Take the 180 exit (just past Belmont Ave), continue to Hwy 168 exit to Clovis. Take the Bullard Exit, travel east and follow the signs
GPS setting:
325 Pollasky Ave, Clovis (location of the Chamber of Commerce within the festival)

Parking

Parking is free in surrounding lots and streets. The largest lot is located at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds, on the east side of Clovis Ave between Bullard and 5th Streets

GPS setting: 748 Rodeo Dr, Clovis.

The Explorers Police Cadets will escort you across Clovis Ave to the festival.

Handicapped parking is located at Fifth and Clovis on both the north and south sides of Fifth Street and in the American Legion parking lot at 4th and Woodworth.
