Matthew Grundy

Matthew Sterling Grundy is a believer, builder, and visionary with expertise in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning. As a former Deputy Mayor of Fresno, he played a key role in the city’s economic growth, poverty reduction, and affordable housing initiatives. Before public service, he was the CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater Fresno Area, where he significantly expanded the organization’s impact.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and attributes his success to his faith. As an author, speaker, leadership coach, and advisor, Matthew is called to help people and organizations navigate their purpose in life.

Lindsay S. Fox

Lindsay S. Fox is the leader of The Sojourner Group, a consulting firm that helps non-profit organizations, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations achieve excellence in their work. Previously, she served as the President and CEO of United Way Fresno and Madera Counties for 8 years. During her leadership, Lindsay transformed the century-old organization into a modern change agent that supports working families and promotes economic prosperity for all. Lindsay’s commitment to equity began at the age of 12, and she has since devoted her career to public service and advocacy. She is a visionary and collaborator who chairs the California Volunteers Commission and serves on various local and statewide boards. Lindsay is originally from Clovis, California and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Davis and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Sacramento State University.
