Important Vendor Details

Set-Up Times: Entry Times and Gates 2025


Booth Location Assignments: Log Into your Vendor Portal under Reservations to see your space.


Breakdown Times & Procedures:

Streets must be cleared by 8:00pm per City regulations. To ensure a smooth and timely cleanup, a professional crew and street sweepers have been hired. Delays caused by vendors will result in additional fees.

Sales must stop at 5:00pm on Sunday. Vendors should pack up merchandise and dismantle their booths before bringing vehicles into the area.

Leave No Trace: Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area, including removing plastic ties, boxes, and trash. Trash cans and large bins will be available throughout the event—please use them! Failure to clean up may result in fines to cover cleanup expenses.

Vehicle Entry: For safety reasons, vehicles will not be allowed into the event area until Clovis Police and the Event Director determine it is safe for pedestrian traffic. The estimated vehicle entry time is 5:30 pm, but patience is required.

⚠️ Vendor Rules & Compliance:
✅ Vendors must participate both days for the entire event duration.
✅ Early packing or failure to show on Sunday will result in removal from future events.
✅ No unapproved giveaways or product changes—only items listed on your entry form may be sold.


Parking Information: Parking is free and can be found at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds and city parking lots east of Clovis Ave between 3rd and 5th.

️ Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
✔️ Booth Conforming- If you wish to hang or place anything on the outside of your booth, you may do so, ONLY if it does NOT exceed your space. Exceeding your purchased space blocks your neighbor’s booth and creates a safety hazard. Boxes and merchandise may not remain on sidewalks for any reason. Boxes or other storage items may not be visible. Tablecloths must be draped to the floor.
✔️ Pricing must be displayed for all food & beverages. No sales of water or sodas may be done! 
✔️ Waste disposal & cleanup- Please leave your space free from all debris; this includes plastic pull ties, hat inserts, empty boxes, trash, etc. Large waste bins are provided, please refer to the map. DO NOT place boxes in trash or leave at event site.
