Matthew Grundy

Matthew Sterling Grundy is a believer, builder, and visionary with expertise in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning. As a former Deputy Mayor of Fresno, he played a key role in the city’s economic growth, poverty reduction, and affordable housing initiatives. Before public service, he was the CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater Fresno Area, where he significantly expanded the organization’s impact.

Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and attributes his success to his faith. As an author, speaker, leadership coach, and advisor, Matthew is called to help people and organizations navigate their purpose in life.

Visionary, Inclusivity Advocate and Empowering Leader

Dora Westerlund

Dora Westerlund is the Founder and President, and CEO of the Fresno Area Hispanic Foundation, a nonprofit organization, which fosters entrepreneurship as a means towards economic self-sufficiency within minority and underserved communities. In 2009 Westerlund obtained the support of a $1.7 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, and established the first bilingual business incubator in the Western United States.

Westerlund’s exceptional leadership and work has received recognition and accolades from various sectors such as being named among the “Most Influential Women” by the Business Street Newspaper and the 2016 “Top Dog” by the Alumni Association at Fresno State.
